Artists That Use Swirls Recently, I Came Across An Artist/painter Whose Style I Fell In Love With! Can I Legally Use The Same Style...

Recently, I came across an artist/painter whose style I fell in love with! Can I legally use the same style... - artists that use swirls

As soon as I saw one of his paintings, I knew that is how / what I wanted to paint. Can the color of the products, swirls, patterns? I want to copy in any case to a plagiarism or their work altogether. I love your work. but do not know the rules and laws in context. Any help would be very grateful!
Thank you!

If style is a registered trademark, no. But even if you do not as a hack. Do you appreciate what you do and that is his. Perhaps even better!

You can use a style, you will probably ever Inti his own style, try more of their own to suit your touch in a unique way to make ... plagierize is exactly the same in writing or by using the same tone ( "hits", notes) in music
it would be very difficult to do that in painting styles vary.
They go the way of painting,

Styles can be imitated, but every race is unique by the artist and, IMO, it would be impossible to plagiarize.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

I think great minds think alike, if we believe that someone else has something big, it's all about who came first, until you asked someone, but you and God, I knew you were someone else aping

Sell pictures or ornaments are for personal, family and friends?

Just make sure you have enough money that people work, can link their own to make use patterns of different colors and placement of designs and a bit of each style is unique again.

Sure you can. You can not copyright style.
It could even end up improving their work.
Good luck with it!
